70% CaCO3 filled polypropylene compound based additive masterbatch. Acts as a filler. Also acts as a natural anti-blocking agent. It reduces molding shrinkage and energy consumption. Improves the molding process. Offers increased tensile strength, high degradation temperature under load, high impact resistance, better surface characteristics and greater efficiency depending on heat transmission. Recommended for pressureless pipes, sewage pipes, white goods, house appliances, kitchenware, garden furniture, bathroom furnitures, swimming pool equipments etc. It can improve the impact resistance of manufactured pipes up to 50%. Suitable for injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming. The dosage rate for pressurized pipes is 10% to 20% and the same for waste-water pipes is 15% to 30%.
