70% CaCO3 filled polypropylene compound based additive masterbatch. Acts as a filler. Also acts as a natural anti-blocking agent. It reduces molding shrinkage and energy consumption. Improves the molding process. Offers increased tensile strength, high degradation temperature under load, high impact resistance, better surface characteristics and greater efficiency depending on heat transmission. Recommended for big bags, PP valve bags, sheeting, office stationary, food and thermoformed packaging. Suitable for injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming. The dosage rate for thermoforming is 10% to 20% and the same for raffia is 5% to 15% depending on the application.
