HALLGREEN® R-3000 by Hallstar is an ester-based plasticizer and processing aid.

It is an innovative new polymer modifier that are plant- and traditional esters derived from petroleum-based products.
It is compatible in many new biopolymers, such as PLA, Plastarch Material (PSM) and environmentally friendly esters.
It can reduce the melt viscosity, melt/mixing temperature, energy consumption and torque, increases the melt flow and the ease of processing.
It improves the low temperature flexibility, impact resistance and extruder processing-flow rates.
It helps sheet integrity for blown film applications.
Its features include low volatility, high plasticizing efficiency and excellent resistance to polar fluids.
HALLGREEN® R-3000 is used in general-purpose film and packaging.
