HECO® NOX 625 PE

HECO® NOX 625 PE by HECOPLAST is a 20% combination of primary and secondary antioxidant in PE. It prevents the damage to polymer chain which is usually caused by catalyst residues by saturation of free radicals. The increase in the melt index due to molecular weight degradation and a crosslinking reaction with specks is prevented. It does not show its own color and does not develop a product odor. It shows high compatibility with the antistatic agents commonly used in the "food industry". It offers a high long-term protection during the product production as well as the later finished article. HECO® NOX 625 PE recommended dosage is 1.5%. Its recommended dosage is 0.5-5% for temperature stress and 3.5% according to EU-RL 10/2011. It complies with European Pharmacopoeia, EMEA / 410/01, EU-RL 1272/2008 and US-FDA. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
