HECO® NUK 425 PE

HECO® NUK 425 PE by HECOPLAST is a 30% mixture of organic and inorganic active substances. Acts as a nucleating agent. It provides highly effective polymer nucleation for all PE-types with a very distinct reduction in warpage of cross section complex products. It results in increase of all physical as well as the chemical resistance at improved application of cooling energy. HECO® NUK 425 PE is used in the injection molding and extrusion at dosage of 1.0-2.0%. Its recommended dosage is 0.5% for increased tensile strength of film. Its recommended dosage is 5.0% according to EU-RL 10/2011 (ff). It complies with EU-RL 1272/2008. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
