HECO® STAT 223 PE

HECO® STAT 223 PE by HECOPLAST is a 12% short-long term antistatic agent. It is a combination of chemically-physically acting, non-ionic compounds, total content of 16% for articles in the packaging sector with wall thickness >100 µm. It provides optimum dispersibility and is suitable for use in film, injection molding, extrusion and extrusion blown articles. It is used for the long-term antistatic treatment of PE (HD, LD, LLD) and outstanding results in PA (2.0-2.5%). HECO® STAT 223 PE recommended dosage for PE injection molding is 1.5-2.5%, for film is 1.0-2.5% and for hollow molding is 1.5-3.5%. Its recommended dosage is 3.75% according to EU-RL 10/2011 (ff) and 3.0-6.0% according to US-FDA. It complies with EU-RL 1272/2008. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
