Omnivadd SP 5010 by IGM Resins is a low molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for composites. It is suitable for use in filled sheet molding compounds, bulk molding compounds and filled gelcoats.

It helps to wet and disperse extenders (CaCO3 and Al(OH)3) with unsaturated polyester resins or combinations with polystyrene, polyvinylacetate and styrene-butadiene copolymers.
It reduces viscosity and dispersing/grinding time.
It offers improved flow, better flame retardance and higher filler loading.
The addition level of Omnivadd SP 5010 is 2.0-4.0% on extenders.
