Javachem® SP-101

Javachem® SP-101 by Javachem is a copolymer of silicone and olefin. It imparts the molding surface excellent slippery effect in a small amount. It is suitable for extrusion, biaxial stretching, casting and blown film molding. It can be directly added to the heat-sealing layer to decrease the static and dynamic coefficient of friction of film surface and improves processing speed & stability. The recommended dosage level is 1.0-5.0% for PE and 2.0-7.0% for PP. Javachem® SP-101 can be used as the food contact additive in compliance with 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA. It can be stored for 2 years.
