LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9538

LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9538 by Lehmann & Voss is an endothermal blowing agent. It is suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polystyrene (PS) and others. It exhibits controlled foaming process, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties and shock absorbing properties. It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch with a very fine cell structure.

• It offers decorative effects, shorter cycle times, avoidance of post-inflation, safe dosage and good dispersion.
• It shows prevention of sink marks during injection molding.
• It has higher dosing quantities compared to exothermic TMs.
• It helps in reduction of streaking and cycle time through reduction of melt viscosity.
• It is used in cast film-, blown film-, pipe- & sheet extrusion and TSG & sink marks applications.
• The processing temperature is approx. 10°C higher than decomposition temperature.
• Recommended dosage level of LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9538 is 0.2 to 1%.
• It is approved for food packaging.
