LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9674

LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9674 by Lehmann & Voss is an endothermal blowing agent. It offers short cycle times, safe dosage, avoidance of post-inflation, decorative effects and good dispersion. It exhibits controlled foaming process, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties and shock absorbing properties. It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch with a very fine cell structure.

• It has higher dosing quantities compared to exothermic TMs.
• It provides prevention of sink marks during injection molding.
• It helps in reduction of streaking and cycle time through reduction of melt viscosity.
• It is used in cast film-, blown film-, pipe- & sheet extrusion and TSG & sink mark applications.
• The processing temperature is approx. 10°C higher than decomposition temperature.
• It is suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polystyrene (PS) and others.
• Recommended dosage level of LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9674 is 0.1 to 3%.
• It is approved for food packaging.
