LUVOBATCH® UC BA 1059

LUVOBATCH® UC BA 1059 by Lehmann & Voss is a dust-free, low-cost exothermic blowing agent. It exhibits controlled foaming process, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties, and shock absorbing properties.

• It offers low dosing quantities, constant gas distribution and higher weight reduction is possible.
• It is suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polystyrene (PS).
• It is used in cast film-, blown film-, pipe-, cable- & sheet extrusion, injection molding and tsg + sink marks applications.
• It offers decorative effects and prevent the sink marks.
• Processing temperature is approximately 20°C higher than decomposition temperature.
• Recommended dosage level of LUVOBATCH® UC BA 1059 is 0.15 to 3%.
