Lib Dispersant - 1010

Lib Dispersant - 1010 by Liberty chemical is a copolymer with oleochemical derivative based dispersing agent. Offers remarkable disperse ability for general purpose color and black masterbatches/compounds. Improves the production rate and melt viscosity while processing. Reduces the FPV (filter pressure value) in any kind of thermoplastic’s masterbatches. Shows compatibility for PE, PP, PS, group polymers. Exhibits ease in blending or mixing due to its free flow property and remarkable results in improvements of die lip problem. Possesses very good CPR (cost & performance ratio). Lib Dispersant - 1010 is used for applications like general purpose masterbatches like films, moldings, pipes, wovensacks, monolayer films etc., wax based and single pigment masterbatches or MOC (mono organic compounds), general thermoplastics compounds like automotive, electrical, home appliances etc. Suitable for pretreatment of fine minerals and pigments. Recommended dosage for other masterbatches/compound is 2.5-5 phr for general purpose MBs is 4-10 phr and for special application MBs is 2-25 phr.
