Milliken

DeltaFlow™ r075 by Milliken acts as a viscosity modifier. It is suitable for use in resin production, compounding, injection molding and extrusion.

It is a solid concentrate which increases the melt flow rate of polypropylene (PP) in a very cost-effective manner.
It shortens the material’s average molecule chain length, resulting in an easier, more consistent flow.
It provides improved processability, and lowers molding processing temperatures, which can significantly reduce cycle times and increase productivity.
It allows for precise dosing, easy & dust-free handling, and can be stored under standard warehouse conditions.
The low volatiles content originating from peroxide decomposition products, forms no acetone and no tert-butanol.
DeltaFlow™ r075 has a shelf life of 12 months.
