Niax™ Catalyst EF-150

Niax™ Catalyst EF-150 by Momentive Performance Materials is a reactive, blowing tertiary amine catalyst with low emission properties. It is compatible with toluene diisocyanate (TDI), methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and thulium (TM) isocyanates-based foam formulations. It is used in the manufacture of polyurethane high resilience (HR) molded foam requiring limited amine emissions and foam odor. It offers delayed action with longer cream time and good foam physical properties. Niax™ Catalyst EF-150 exhibits lower force to crush (FTC) and higher final foam hardness versus traditional catalyst.
