POLYTONE AP 121 by Polyols & Polymers is a tackifier used in the manufacture of rubber goods such as the tire industry and in the manufacture of mechanical goods. It is a non-heat reactive thermoplastic alkyl phenolic resin designed to develop high tack levels in rubber compounds. It provides tack in elastomers that are usually difficult to tackify. It shows excellent compatibility with synthetic and natural rubbers. It blends easily into rubber stocks. It is designed for conveyor belts, hose-, lining-, mats-, sheets-, reinforced- and fabric lined rubber goods. POLYTONE AP 121 has a shelf life of 12 months.
