Preniphor™ EPFR-100 D

Halogen-free, greener flame retardant, mainly contains nitrogen and phosphorous, for polyolefins. Functions by char formation and intumescent mechanism with acid source, gas source and carbon source. Exhibits low density, lower smoke generation, less mold corrosion, and high properties with low price. Offers brighter appearance of polypropylene. Provides smoother appearance of PE, EVA, PE/EVA or PP/SEBS. Can pass the tests of UL94-V0 (0.75mm), 70×168 hrs water-immersion (UL746C) and 960 ℃GWFI. Passes the UL certification of US and have been free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the Council.
