CRYSTALADD® HM-237E

CRYSTALADD® HM-237E by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a highly efficient nucleating agent and processing aid. It also contains a mineral additive. It can improve film properties and yield rates in LLDPE. It is designed to be added to polyethylene film, extrusion and blow molding resins.

• It can reduce cycle time and achieve better control over shrinkage characteristics in HDPE blow molding.
• In injection molding applications, improvements in the dimensional stability and reductions in cycle time can be attained.
• It is also used to improve properties/processing in PP resins.
• It offers excellent dispersion of additive & mineral and uniform concentration of additives in concentrate form.
• It is added to HDPE/LLDPE & PP at 2.5% to achieve improved crystallization for faster cooling, lower warpage especially between different colors.
• It is available in masterbatch pellet form for ease of addition and feeding into extrusion equipment.
