CRYSTALADD® HM-664

CRYSTALADD® HM-664 by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a nucleating masterbatch. It is designed to reduce cycle time in injection molded polyethylene parts, improve stiffness, HDT, and reduce or improve warpage challenges during processing.

• It is suitable for film extrusion and blow molding applications.
• It offers uniform concentration of additives in concentrate form.
• It is added to HDPE or LLDPE at 2.5% to 5% to achieve faster cooling, higher crystallization temperature and a higher crystallization rate.
• CRYSTALADD® HM-664 is available in masterbatch pellet form for ease of addition and feeding into extrusion equipment.
