Rhenodiv® BO-LL

Rhenodiv® BO-LL by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent that prevents the sticking together of raw rubber or uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. It is an aqueous solution of a blend of fatty acid salts with water-soluble high molecular substances. It offers the curing of open cured profiles. It shows no influence on the physical properties nor in the aging behavior of the vulcanizates. It forms a thin film on the surface of the rubber compounds which prevents the sticking of sheets, semi-finished articles and water stains in steam cures. Rhenodiv® BO-LL is designed for the mixing department. Recommended dosage level is 5-20%. It has a shelf life of 15 months.
