SABOFOG® ML

SABOFOG® ML by Sabo is sorbitan ester-based, good general-purpose anti-fog and anti-stat additive for plastics. It is particularly used in films for food packaging applications, including LDPE, LLDPE, and EVA. It is a non-basic and amine-free anti-stat for PVC. The product is also suitable for use as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches and compounds. The typical usage level is 0.5-1.5%, depending upon the substrate, processing conditions, and the application. When used as a dispersing agent for pigments, a level of 2% is recommended in combination with a suitable amount of PE or PP wax. SABOFOG® ML possesses extensive food contact clearances. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
