MicroFLON® T-807 by Shamrock is a recycled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in micronized form. Acts as a processing aid and lubricant. Offers reduction in carbon footprint & noise, superior coefficient of friction and good wear resistance. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polycarbonate and polyoxymethylene. Recommended dosage level of MicroFLON® T-807 ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight. It improves stick-slip response.
