SILMASTAB AX1440

SILMASTAB AX1440 by Silma is a highly concentrated synergistic masterbatch of antioxidants, process stabilizers, metal deactivators, lubricants and helping process on polyolefin universal carrier. It is designed to be used in halogen-free and halogenated flame retardant compounds. It is compatible with other additives like color masterbatches, crosslinking catalysts, UV-stabilizers and peroxides. It is suitable for automotive cable compounds at direct contact with red copper due to its high level of thermal stabilizers and metal deactivator. It can be used for insulation class GXL of the standard SAEJ 1127-1128 and class T3 (125°C temperature rate) of the norm ISO6722 and LV112. It is suitable for PE, XLPE, PP, TPV and TPE. The recommended dosage level is 5-10% depending on the temperature rate of the final compound. At 90°C dosage level is 4-6% and at 125°C temperature dosage level is 10%. SILMASTAB AX1440 has a shelf life of one year.
