STRUKTOL® GTI by Struktol is a processing additive. It is a zinc soap combined with fatty acid esters and inorganic dispersing agent. It is suitable for tread compounds based on S-SBR with high levels of silica. It yields faster incorporation and improved dispersion of silica without sacrifice in wet skid resistance. It improves processing and general processing characteristics. Recommended dosage level is 3-5 phr. The shelf life of STRUKTOL® GTI is 18 months.
