Polyglykol AM 250

Polyglykol AM 250 by Clariant is polyethylene glycol allyl methyl ether. It is low-viscous liquid ethoxylated, end-capped with allyl and a methyl group. It is hydrophilic, biodegradable and soluble in water. It offers relatively high heat resistance and low toxicity. It shows low sodium content, moderately enhances hydrophilicity and improves biocompatibility of silicones & polymers. It is used in hydrophilic modification of polymers.
