LUXAN B512 by Eckart is a non-leafing, free-flowing pearlescent pigment with a champagne reflection color. It is comprised of platelets of glass flakes coated with iron oxides. It provides greater optical transparency than possible with conventional pearlescent pigment. It offers color intensity owing to its very homogeneous surfaces and glitter effect. It is suitable for plastics. LUXAN B512 has a shelf life of 120 months.
