LUXAN E001 by Eckart is a non-leafing, free-flowing pearlescent pigment with interference silver reflection color. It comprises platelets of glass flakes coated with titanium dioxide. It creates greater optical transparency than is possible with conventional pearlescent pigments. It offers chemical resistance, color intensity owing to homogeneous surfaces and intensive glitter effect. It is applicable in plastics. LUXAN E001 has a shelf life of 120 months.
