This document displays the results of a case study commissioned at Fraunhofer UMSICHT.
Three plant-based additives were tested in commercial PLA grades in respect to mechanical, thermal and biodegradation properties.
The data is openly discussed and shows findings, which support the usage of bio-based materials in certain applications.
