ASACLEAN™ PLUS

ASACLEAN™ PLUS by Asahi Kasei is a high-performance, heat-activated, recyclable purging concentrate ideal for hot runners and low flow areas. It offers extremely effective compatibility with all resins and blends seamlessly using a processor's own production resins.

• It is excellent cleaner with low-residue formula and matches MFR of processing resins.
• It is especially designed for injection molding, extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding and blow molding equipments.
• It works particularly well for cleaning high cavitation molds and cleaning dies (with easy displacement) in extrusion.
• ASACLEAN™ PLUS is suitable for most commodity and engineering grade resins within the processing temperature range.
• The optimum loading is 20% mixed with production resin.
