BYK-MAX HS 4300

BYK-MAX HS 4300 by BYK is a granulated carrier-free long-term thermal stabilizer for use in polyamide compounds. It provides a complete thermal stabilization system for polyamide fibers, films and thick sections. In addition, it offers maximum polyamide melt solubility of any copper-containing additive packages for polyamide systems. Copper-based systems are especially effective in applications where long-term thermal stability is needed. It is a single formulation that contains all of the components necessary for polyamide thermal stabilization. It offers advantages such as dosable form is free-flowing and doesn’t bridge in processing equipment and provides for a more uniform distribution of the additive in the polymer. BYK-MAX HS 4300 is especially recommended for vehicle engine bays, vehicle interiors, fibers, wires & cables. 0.1% to 1.0% depending on the application. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
