Polyplastol 10

Polyplastol 10 by Eigenmann & Veronelli is a pentaerythrityl tetrastearate. It acts as a processing aid. It can be used in the processing of polyacrylate-, ethylene acrylate-, perflurocarbon- & flurocarbon- and hydrogenated nitrile rubber and chlorosulphonated polyethylene & epichlorhydrin by injection molding & extrusion. It is designed for use in special polymers. It guarantees an intimate incorporation and good lubrication. It is used to obtain an easy detaching of rolling mills. It offers good vulcanization & improved molding outcome without fouling problems. It can increase the plasticity of the uncured compound resulting in easier processing and more rapid compounding. It provides improved flow properties & surface smoothness. The dosage level of this grade is 2-3 phr. Polyplastol 10 has a shelf life of 1 year.
