Javachem® GT-150

Javachem® GT-150 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane masterbatch with LLDPE as a carrier resin which is modified by long-chain olefin functional groups. It offers enhanced flame retardant performance. Javachem® GT-150 provides balanced internal and external lubrication, improved processing fluidity, reduced torque and enhanced productivity. It improves gloss of thermoplastic during extrusion, reduced die drool and improved surface smoothness. It is recommended to be applied to LSOH cable materials, which can promote the dispersion of inorganic flame retardants and improved compactness of products. The dosage level of the grade for PE, PP & EVA is 0.5-3.0%. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
