TUBALL™ MATRIX 203 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on single wall carbon nanotubes for solvent-based epoxy and polyurethane systems. The carrier is a blend of fatty acid glycidyl esters and ammonium salts of polyolefin-based derivatives. Offers superior electrical conductivity at ultralow dosage. Provides good color stability and good mechanical strength. It maintains rheological properties and viscosity or density of the host material. Recommended for applications such as floors, compounds, carbon fiber reinforced polymers, coatings, glass fiber reinforced pipes, adhesives, conductive primers and other applications where electrical conductivity is required. The dosage level starts at 0.01%. During processing the loading level for anti-static or dissipative applications ranges from 0.1 % to 4.0 %. The shelf life of the product is up to 24 months. Complies with the Regulation (EU) 2015/830.
