TUBALL™ MATRIX 203

TUBALL™ MATRIX 203 by OCSiAl is a graphene nanotubes-based concentrate for solvent-based epoxy- and polyurethane systems. It has a blend of fatty acid glycidyl ester and ammonium salt of polyolefin-based derivatives as carrier.
  • It provides permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage, without hot spots.
  • It retains rheological and mechanical properties while minimally impacting the viscosity and density of the host matrix.
  • It is used in conductive primers and parts that retain bright colors.
  • For anti-static or dissipative applications, the loading level ranges from 0.1-4.0% based on non-volatile matter.
  • The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 203 is 24 months.
