TUBALL™ MATRIX 209

TUBALL™ MATRIX 209 by OCSiAl is a unique graphene nanotubes-based concentrate. It is suitable for solvent-free polyurethane systems. It has fatty carboxylic acid ester derivatives as carrier.
  • It allows the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.
  • It offers permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage without hot spots.
  • It shows minimal impact on the rheological & mechanical properties of the host matrix, without a significant increase in viscosity or density.
  • It is used in cast PU systems, anti-static and conductive composite materials and compounds, and other applications where electrical conductivity is required strength.
  • The recommended dosage level for anti-static or dissipative applications is as low as 0.2-1.0 wt.%.
  • The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 209 is 24 months.
