TUBALL™ MATRIX 620

TUBALL™ MATRIX 620 by OCSiAl is a versatile masterbatch for rubbers. It is an industrial modifier based on graphene nanotubes and a blend of polymer & TDAE oil as a concentrate carrier. It offers permanent & uniform electrical conductivity and enhances physical- and mechanical properties. It imparts various effects to the polymer such as toughening, improving fatigue properties, and reducing aging losses, even at low dosages.

• It is carrier-compatible with a wide range of rubber polymer grades.
• It creates an additional 3D network embedded into the rubber matrix.
• It is used in anti-static NR/BR rubbers compounds and mineral filler products without adjusting the formulation or technological process.
• TUBALL™ MATRIX 620 maintains elasticity, retains colors without releasing carbon to the surface, and improves M100 by up to 22%
• It allows the use of standard processing and mixing equipment.
• It fully complies with ATEX & EN requirements for ESD protection.

• It enables ultra-low dosage starting from just 0.2 wt.% for anti-static applications.
