TUBALL™ MATRIX 610

TUBALL™ MATRIX 610 by OCSiAl is a versatile masterbatch for EPDM rubber compounds. It is an industrial modifier based on graphene nanotubes and a blend of polymer & paraffin mineral oil as concentrate carrier. The carrier shows compatibility with a wide range of Mooney-grade compounds and fillers. It allows use of standard processing and mixing equipment.
  • It offers permanent & uniform electrical conductivity and enhances physical- & mechanical properties such as tensile modulus and tear strength by up to 70%.
  • It maintains rheology, softness and elastic properties.
  • EPDM along with other polymers are relatively compatible with butadiene copolymers.
  • TUBALL™ MATRIX 610 retains colors without releasing carbon to the surface.
  • It can be used in blends of other rubber and filler products without need to adjust its formulation or technological process.
  • It imparts various effects to the polymer such as toughening, improving fatigue properties and reducing aging losses even at low dosages.
  • It enables ultra-low dosage starting from just 3 wt.% for anti-static applications based on mineral fillers.
  • It has a shelf life of 12 months.
