TUBALL™ MATRIX 822

TUBALL™ MATRIX 822 by OCSiAl is a graphene nanotube-based, versatile conductive additive with fatty acid, polyol ester as a concentrated carrier. It is used to produce masterbatches based on PP, TPU, filled PPS, ABS, PC, PC-ABS, PA and GF PA. Also, used in PA-6 and PA-6.6 compounds without fiber.
  • It offers permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage without hot spots.
  • It minimally impacts the rheological- and mechanical properties of the host matrix, without significant increase in the viscosity or density.
  • TUBALL™ MATRIX 822 is suitable for compounding in filled polymers or in combination with other fillers to reduce their content & gain better mechanics/fluidity.
  • It is also used in extrusion of conductive masterbatches based on thermoplastics.
  • It is designed for the automotive industry and other applications which require electrical conductivity.
  • The shelf life of this grade is 24 months.
