TUBALL™ MATRIX 601 by OCSiAl is a masterbatch concentrate based on single wall carbon nanotubes for silicone applications, available in polydimethylsiloxane oil as a carrier. Offers superior electrical conductivity at ultralow dosage. Provides good color stability and good mechanical strength. It maintains rheological properties and mechanical properties of the host material. TUBALL™ MATRIX 601 is recommended for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and room temperature vulcanized rubber (RTV) applications. It is suitable for anti-static, static dissipative & conductive applications including gaskets, conductive layers for electronics, cable joints, terminations and connectors, high voltage resistor packs and encapsulant for solar cells. The recommended dosage level should be 10 wt%. The loading level for anti-static, conductive or dissipative applications starts at 0.03%. The shelf life of the product is up to 12 months. Complies with the Regulation (EU) 2015/830.
