SILIKE® LYSI-404

SILIKE® LYSI-404 by ChengDU Silike Technology improves processing properties and surface quality. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It offers good flowability, and mar-, scratch- & abrasion resistance. It provides reduced extrusion die drool, product defect rate, low extruder torque and coefficient of friction. It exhibits faster throughput, enhanced stability and better mold filling and release. It designed for classical melt lending processes like single twin/screw extruders and injection molding. It is used in silicone core-, PLB HDPE-, large diameter pipe, optic core duct, packaging boxes, bottles and PE plastic sheets. Recommended usage level is 0.5-5.0% by weight. SILIKE® LYSI-404 has a shelf life of 24 months.
