SILIKE® LYSI-407

SILIKE® LYSI-407 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a non-migratory, 30% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in nylon 6 (PA6) resin. Exhibits enhanced fuel resistance, reduced smoke density, improved impact strength, good stability and improved surface smoothness. Offers gloss, enhanced silk texture, low coefficient of friction, improved anti-friction properties, scratch and abrasion resistance. It improves processing properties, surface quality, liquidity, demolding and dispersion. Provides low extruder torque, mold filling, mold release, reduced equipment wear and product defect rate. Shows compatibility with polycarbonate (PC). Designed for processing by molding and pelletizing. SILIKE® LYSI-407 is used in PA6/ PA66 engineering plastic applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 - 5%.
