SILMAFLAME AX1696 by Silma is a flame retardant masterbatch based on non-halogenated substances designed for LDPE film. It is completely free of antimony trioxide and heavy metals according to Regulation IEC 61249-2-21. It has good light fastness and high mechanical performance and goes very well on very thin thickness. It is a replacement for halogenated flame retardant masterbatch based on DBDPE and antimony trioxide.
