SILMAPROCESS AF1654A MoS2 by Silma functions as a lubricant and helping process for PBT compounds during processes such as injection molding and extrusion of final parts or in compounding. It is a highly concentrated masterbatch containing 60% of molybdenum disulfide on polyethylene resin. It can be used as a molding release or to improve smoothness during extrusion processes, dimensional stability of the final items, crystalline structure of the material and enhances the wear resistance. It finds application in the field of automotive and electrical appliances. The recommended dosage level of SILMAPROCESS AF1654A MoS2 is 1-5%. It has a shelf life of one year.
